"A girl from Zebediela" is an important account. It must reach and inspire every African child to relentlessly pursue their dreams. It's also a powerful tribute to the strength of family - both the ones we are born into and the ones we create and finally, it beautifully illustrates the power of friendship, which often gives us that much needed glimmer of hope when we're deep in the valley. One big gripe I have though is that I couldn't put the book down once I started reading it
